Fresh or freshly frozen Stew chicken is a Black Mountain Farm old laying hen that has lived a long chicken life. She lived outside eating our great farm-made fresh feed, catching bugs, taking dust baths and living a life that allows her to express her inner and outer chickeness. These are very tasty bird.
